- Supporting exporters by organising information on requirements in overseas markets.

- This case concerns institutional work in technical regulation. My contribution is framed as management and coordination; producing guidance and assisting businesses are collective activities.

- An institutional report records 208 guides, 14 procedural pathways and assistance to 10 exporters as collective results.
Technical regulation as a digital service

- Moving from fragmented procedures to electronic processes through e-KTRM.
