Shared rules within an economic union do not automatically remove practical obstacles. Both legal provisions and their implementation require examination.

Approach

• Compare legal conditions with market arrangements.
• Identify specific mechanisms that hinder access.
• Develop conclusions that can be checked against sources and debated professionally.

Author of research on EAEU services and public procurement; co-author of a paper on technical barriers to trade.
