Making complex requirements understandable

Challenge

New technical requirements raise practical questions for businesses, laboratories and conformity-assessment professionals. Familiarity with a document alone is not sufficient.

Approach

• Explain the logic and scope of requirements.
• Work through questions raised by participants.
• Connect training with implementation challenges rather than simply restating rules.
